Bend, Here We Come!

Sahalee Falls, Mckenzie River Mnt Bike rideIt is time for the annual Action Wipes product testing road trip to Bend, Oregon. This is a yearly mountain biking event where the boys get to be boys for a few days amongst the hundreds of miles of singletrack trails in and around Bend.

The town is located in Central Oregon at the eastern foothills of the Cascade Mountains with a population of 81,000, resting at an elevation of 3,625 feet. The proximity to trails, number of breweries and general good vibe, make it seem like it was founded just for mountain bikers. The vastness of the trail network is incredible with roughly 300 miles of continuously linked, legally sanctioned, single track trails that can be accessed from the west side of Bend as well as another 700 plus miles in less than an hour and a half drive from town.Mountain Biking in Bend, OR can be dusty

We get plenty of time to put Action Wipes to the test, for cleaning up without a shower (important for 5 stinky guys stuffed in a truck on the shuttle ride home, to cleaning up cuts and scrapes (the McKenzie River Trail has lots of sharp lava), to repurposing them for dust masks during the dry days.

We’ll send some pics along the way and send a recap when we get back!
